MPIL Kamdudha Ras is a classical herbal-mineral Ayurvedic medicine used to manage conditions related to excess body heat or "Pitta" disorders, such as acidity, heartburn, gastritis, and certain bleeding ailments. It is manufactured by MPIL (Mahanadi Pharmaceuticals Industries Limited). Key Benefits & Uses Kamdudha Ras is known for its cooling properties and helps alleviate symptoms like: Digestive Ailments: Relieves chronic acidity, heartburn, stomach ulcers, gas, and flatulence. Burning Sensations: Eases burning sensations in the palms, soles, chest, and eyes. Bleeding Disorders: Used in the management of bleeding from the nose, urine, or rectum. The formulation combines several minerals and herbs known in Ayurveda: Mukta pishti (Oyster pearl shell ash) Praval pishti (Coral calcium) Muktashukthi Bhasma (Calcined oyster pearl shell) Shankh bhasma (Calcined conch shell) Shudha garika/Gairik (Purified red ochre) Guduchi satva (Extract of Tinospora cordifolia) Dosage & Safety Information Dosage: Typically 200mg to 400mg, twice a day with honey or as directed by an Ayurvedic physician.
