The primary ingredients are: Shuddha Mukta (Purified Pearl): The main active ingredient, providing natural calcium and trace minerals. Gulab Jal (Rose Water): Used during the processing to create a fine, easily absorbable powder (pishti). Dosage and Usage Mukta Pishti should only be taken strictly under the supervision of an Ayurvedic physician. The general recommended dosage is around 125–250 mg (approx. half to one pinch) mixed with honey, butter, milk, or Gulkand, once or twice daily.
