Hamdard Sharbat Nilofar is a Unani/Ayurvedic syrup made primarily from the aqueous extract of Gul Nilofar (Nymphaea alba or water lily). It is used to reduce excessive body heat, quench thirst, and relieve burning sensations and excessive thirst during fevers. Its cooling and astringent properties also make it useful for certain bleeding disorders and fatigue. Cools the body: Effectively reduces excessive body heat and quenches thirst. Relieves burning sensations: Helps with the burning sensation associated with high body heat. Supports during fevers: Checks biliousness and provides relief when there is excessive heat, even without fever. Aids in bleeding disorders: Its astringent and absorbent properties make it useful in treating some bleeding disorders. Restores vitality: Can help with fatigue by its cooling and soothing effects.

Follow the dosage instructions provided by your Unani physician or the product's packaging, as it can vary based on age. Dosage is often given as 10 ml for adults and 5 ml for children, but always confirm with a healthcare provider. One day's gap in a week is sometimes advised.
