Hamdard Nozeem is a Unani herbo-mineral formulation used to support nasal and respiratory health, heal wounds, and relieve headaches. It is made from an aqueous extract of neem, pudina (mint), and suhaga (borax). The key ingredients have properties that help with antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, and muscle-relaxant actions. Key ingredients and their benefits Neem: Has antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties that can help heal wounds and ulcers. Pudina (Mint): Contains muscle relaxant and pain-relieving properties that can help relieve headaches. Suhaga (Borax): Also included in the formulation, it aids in its overall therapeutic effects.

For headaches and congestion: Can be used as a nasal spray. Mix 60–65 drops (2.5 ml) with lukewarm water and use as a spray. For throat and mouth: For gargling, mix 1–2 teaspoonfuls with 150 ml of lukewarm water. For wounds and ulcers: Apply externally by mixing 10 drops with 5 drops of glycerin on the affected part.
